I've suffered from neck pain and severe headaches for years, and took so many over-the-counter pain meds to manage the chronic pain that I was anemic. After just a few visits with Dr. Ferguson my neck pain and headaches have virtually vanished, and I haven't taken any pain meds in months. Every day for more than two months, I was unable to experience a pain-free moment. My life had taken on a completely different existence marked by constant pain punctuated by moments of hurt that made it impossible to stand or move. I had never been to a chiropractor before in all my eighty-one years until yesterday morning at 8am. When I woke up this morning to the doorbell ringing, I didn’t know what time it was or even what day it was bcuz I’d had my first REM sleep in recent memory. I jumped up, answered the door to my friend and neighbor bringing me homegrown fresh nectarines and asking why he hadn’t seen me in more than two months, and, as I was explaining my extreme back pain, it was then that I realized … my sharp stabbing Level-10 pain was gone .. replaced by a constant but Level-1 type pain, and I was standing up and moving around. I was injured from weightlifting and had difficulty sitting/standing for a long period of time. Experiencing intense lower back pain from 3rd herniated disk with sciatica. After first visit was sore in a different but good way. I was able to sleep solid without waking up in pain. It feels great to have a light at the end of the pain tunnel.

I appreciate how effective chiropractic care can be with instant relief after a quick 15 minute session. I have been going to Dr. Leland Ferguson since 2006 when I sprained both ankles, so I maintain my healthy spine by getting adjusted at least once every other week.<br><br>Now that I’ve had two kids and put on some weight, my back usually has pain from working, lifting my kids, and you know, the daily impact that gravity has on us.<br><br>It’s definitely not a huge time commitment and it’s important for my own self-care because I enjoy getting a good night rest after an adjustment. I have whiplash from a car accident from many years ago. I had been trying many different chiropractors over 20-30 years and this guy is the only one that has techniques that helps my alignment. I'm addicted to his treatments, as my pain levels can get pretty high without regular maintenance. I brought my finance here with me and he got to discover his spinal alignment and get treated. He accepts many types of insurance, like Kaiser and VA(triwest). Just ask him if your is accepted and you may not have to pay out of pocket at all. Thank you Dr Ferguson.
I had no idea how important it is to have a great Chiropractor until recently. Rotator cup problems? Think surgery is the only answer - see Dr Leland. Knee pain? Again i thought surgery would be the only answer - You really need to see Dr Leland before going to your doctor. I have been walking on a soar knee for several months, two visits with Dr Leland and i am without a limp mostly. One or two more visits which cost less than a doctor visit and i believe my knee pain will be gone. I keep his phone # with me at all times cause never know what can happen in my trade of replacing garage doors.
I've been seeing Dr Leland for almost 2 years now and can honestly say it has been worth it. I play multiple sports and work out during the week so over the years tiny issues have slowly grown into larger ones. Dr Leland has helped me through each issue that I've had so far.<br><br>Each visit I will describe the issue or issues that I've been having and how it happened. Dr Leland will then slowly work through the different causes and fix me in what I can only describe as black magic because fixing a completely different part of the body fixes my original problem. I'm a curious guy by nature so each time I ask the whys behind what he is doing and he isn't afraid to answer or give me vague descriptions. I ask for recommendations on exercises/stretches that could prevent the injuries and he is always willing to give his opinion. I've learned quite a lot about the human body and how it works (not anywhere close to him though) by going to him and it has helped me change my workouts to fix issues based on my lifestyle.<br><br>His work in my opinion, is closer to a physical therapist than what people would normally consider a chiropractor. He has a vast knowledge base and his table side manners are great. I've referred a couple of people to him and each one has had similar experiences to me. I plan on continuing going to him each time I have an issue and will continue to refer people to him whenever needed.

Dr. Leland is very thorough with his work, he cares and follows up. I had this shoulder pain for couple years and was not able to get rid of it. Dr. Leland treated it and was pain free within couple weeks. I recommend him to all and I thank him for all the great work hes done for me.

Just an amazing chiropractor! I never hesitate to refer my massage clients to him. Just go and you'll be stunned at what he's able to address. So reasonable and never suggests ongoing treatments based on your insurance benefits as so many other chiropractors do, only what you actually need! Just the best!
I have been seeing Dr. Ferguson for several years. When I first went to him, I was barely able to stand up straight, walk without pain, get a good night’s sleep, etc. I was pretty much at my wits end and was telling myself that I was just going to have to figure out how to live in pain. And then I met Leland. My life changed after that. He became my partner in health and we worked together to get me straightened out...literally! After we worked thru my treatment, I was able to complete 4 half marathons & several other smaller races. I never would have been able to do that without Leland’s help! He is very knowledgeable & stays updated on treatment methods. I have never felt pressured to schedule appointments. I’m in a maintenance cycle and go when I need to go based on how my body is feeling & responding. His staff is great and he has an awesome personality to boot! I would highly recommend Dr. Leland Ferguson (and have done so numerous times!) Everyone that I’ve referred has been very happy!

Thoroughly and kindly adjusted. If you need a more gentle adjustment or are afraid to be "cracked & jerked" this is your place. Dr. Ferguson uses resistance testing to discern your needs. He also has several devices that aid in his adjustments. My mother is 76 years old and has special issues that Dr. Ferguson takes into consideration with her treatments. He's a nice guy who really cares for his patients and just happens to give a great adjustment.
Before going to see Dr. Ferguson, I was super skeptical and super afraid of chiropractors. I didn't really understand how chiropractic care worked, what it could do exactly, and I was just scared I would end up hurt in some way. But I didn't need to be afraid, or skeptical.<br><br>In just a few minutes of meeting Dr. Ferguson, he explained how some of my health issues were related to my spine and nerve endings, and how everything was connected. He answered all my questions in a very expert but funny way, putting me totally at ease about chiropractic medicine. His analogies were funny and spot on and his explanations were scientific in nature without being "over my head".<br><br>However, what really convinced me that chiropractic medicine could help my shoulder & neck problems were the tests he did during his initial exam. He tested my muscle strength by having me push my arms & legs one way, while he pushed the other. There's nothing more convincing than first being shown you can't hold up your limbs, being adjusted, and then being shown again that you CAN hold up your limbs. It was so completely foreign and truly amazing that 1 tiny adjustment could make such a difference! I was sold. I knew that his chiropractic knowledge was just what I needed to finally eliminate the pain I was experiencing and regain the movement in my shoulder.<br><br>My biggest regret was not going to Dr. Ferguson earlier, and letting my fears and ignorance keep me from seeing a chiropractor. If you're on the fence scared like I was, don't be ... you'll feel much better and you can rest assured you're in good hands with Dr. Ferguson.

It is a wellness journey from the moment you enter Ohana to the moment you leave. The office is serene and tastefully decorated. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, with more than just a chiropractic slant on wellness. I went for an hour appointment and they spent about 50% more time with me (and the torn tendon in my shoulder). The visitation fee was modest in comparison to the quality of service. Would recommend to anyone.

Time and time again I have been amazed by the different ailments he has been able to help me with as well as help improve my overall health.
